Our tools are built with top-quality steel. The surface areas are hardened by heat treatments. We are able to design and build totally independent tools for every kind of curl. All the motions are obtained inside the tools.Our moulds can be used on all presses.

Assistance and Post Sale Service
EM offers a constant technical assistance to support the user, taking care of installation phases, tests and continuous maintenance assistance of the machines.We offer a “free a charge” training course by our customer’s factory. This course is intended to make the operators more familiar with daily operation, proper routine maintenance procedures, emergency repairs.
